It is officially spring in Chile and even though I am really far away and we are starting autumn I decided to tribute the spring and flowers, because it is my favorite season of the year and I am a bit nostalgic. Don’t get me wrong I love autumn as well, but spring has no contender.
This tart is really simple to make and easy to prepare, and because it is filled with colorful flowers it makes anyone who sees is immediately happy, it is like an injection of energy. I added some red fruits when I served it and it made a really good combination.
