Super easy to make and delicious

  • This week I decided to do a recipe without oven or freezer or anything complex. This is a super simple recipe, but extremely delicious brigadeiros! It is a Brazilian classic and they are addictive and definitely not light, but who is counting calories? We can share them and share the calories as well.

If you haven’t heard of brigadeiros, they are a small ball made of condensed milk, usually with chocolate or cocoa and covered with more chocolate, but there are millions of flavor combinations. They are really easy to make, it is almost like a truffle that melts in your mouth, that is what makes them addictive.

I covered them with what I had in my house, but you can make them with anything you want, you just have to get creative. My favorites are the ones with peanuts or pistachios, with a pinch of salt, the crunchiness and the salt with the chocolate is just heaven.

For me, it is just magical to see condensed milk, cocoa powder, and butter transform into this delicious dessert with not much effort. Just skip the diet for today and enjoy brigadeiros, you deserve it!
